The unicorn horns are one size fits most! Just depends on your horn height preference. The elastic is made to fit all ages.

All of the headbands are the same size and fit all ages! The horn height is the only difference!

They are handmade in our Brooklyn studio!

All of our items in our shop are handcrafted in our Brooklyn studio. There may be subtle differences in side and color between the product you received and the photos in our store.

Yes! We test all of our products with a third party testing company and comply with all safety standards. This is our small batch manufacturer registration number:023602-012018

We will do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. We ship Tuesday-Friday. Depending on what day of the week you place your order, please give us 1-3 business days to ship out your package (lead time may be longer during our very busy holiday season during October through December).

If you need your order by a certain date (ie: party) please email info@brooklynowl.com or call 718.737.7017 (10am to 6pm Eastern Time Mon-Friday) before placing your order to discuss possible ship times

When your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us giving you the shipping details and tracking info.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on location and how fast you need the order.

We accept returns on certain items within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please contact annie@brooklynowl.com if you have an issue with your purchase. Please note we inspect all returned items and reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

If you ask nicely then it is up to you and your dog! We love turning dogs into Unidogs! If the dog's head is small then just put a temporary knot in the end of the elastic. Search #BrooklynOwlUnidog on Instagram for pics.
