When Will My Order Be Ready to Ship Once I Place An Order?

NOTE: Order placed between November 2nd-November 11th will be shipped out on or after November 12th. Email us at info@brooklynowl.com with questions.

We will do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Depending on what day of the week you place your order, please give us 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) to ship out your package (lead time may be longer during our very busy holiday season during October through December).

Can you ship by a certain date?

If you need your order by a certain date (ie: party) please email annie@brooklynowl.com or call 718.737.7017 (10am to 6pm Eastern Time Mon-Friday) before placing your order to discuss possible ship times

How will I know an order has been shipped?

When your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us giving you the shipping details and tracking info.

How long does shipping take?

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING TIME IS ONCE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES OUR SHOP and not from your order date. Also note that Brooklyn Owl is not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays.

BE SURE TO ADD YOUR APARTMENT OR SUITE NUMBER AS NEEDED (unfortunately if packages are missing this info they might be returned to us or need to be re-routed and it is YOUR responsibility). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages returned to us for incorrect addresses.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on location and how fast you need the order.

Can my order ship Express?

Yes! Select Express shipping at checkout.

Do you accept Returns?

We accept returns on certain items within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please contact annie@brooklynowl.com if you have an issue with your purchase. Please note we inspect all returned items and reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
